Professional guidance in an online meeting, whether it is about a race, your season plan, altitude and heat training or long-term development.
What I offer
All meetings are held online and start from your question and the situation you are in.
Planning and preparation for race day: pacing, nutrition, transitions and tactics tailored to the course and your capabilities.
A review of a completed race to extract lessons and set the direction for further training.
Planning heat training before a race in a hot climate. You get a plan and advice, not a session together with me.
Guidance on planning and carrying out altitude camps and altitude training, so you get the most out of your stay.
Long-term structuring of the season with periodization, race prioritization and progression towards your main goals.
A long-term development plan and choices towards your goals, for athletes who want to commit and build step by step.
How it works
Guidance is a focused online meeting of 45 minutes. It costs NOK 1,000, and you book it directly in the booking calendar.
Choose a time that suits you in the booking calendar. You receive a confirmation straight away, and the meeting link is sent by email in good time before we meet.
Write down the questions that matter most to you. If you have training data, race results or a plan you want me to look at, send it in advance, so the time is spent on answers rather than on getting up to speed.
We go through your situation, your goal and the options you have, and agree on concrete next steps. Find a quiet place with a good internet connection, and we can share screens to look at data together.
You leave with a clear direction you can act on yourself. If you want closer follow-up later, the meeting is a good starting point for online coaching or a test.
Guidance suits athletes who plan their own training, or follow a ready-made plan, but want a coach to look at one specific question. Typical examples are preparing for your first 70.3 or full distance, racing in a hot climate, planning an altitude camp, or understanding why a race did not go as expected.
It is also a good fit for parents and young athletes who want to talk through long-term development and the choices along the way, and for experienced athletes who want a second opinion on the structure of their season before committing to it.
